Love. Not Fear.

View at Medium.com

It has been far too long since I’ve published anything but this article is important enough to share. If you allow your fear to spiral out of control, that lowers your immunity and makes you more susceptible to getting sick.

Stay informed, but focus on connection and gratitude. Turn off the screens and get outside. Wash your hands, and stay home unless it’s essential to go out. Stay safe and healthy out there!

  1. You all keep safe, healthy & happy. Down here in Cuckoo Land, we’re just trying to find toilet paper and survive. Hopefully we can do it with a laugh. Love ya.

  2. Lovely to ‘see’ you again! Good point on fear – and stress too I think – lowering the immune system and making your body less able to protect and fight. How’re you doing lovely? I hope you’re keeping as well as possible… stay safe, Amanda  ♥

    1. Hi Caz! You too, thanks for your comments. All is well here, not much different for me, I spend most days out in the garden. Planting more veggies than ever though! I hope you’re keeping well and are able to stay safe in isolation. Crazy times but I really think there will be a positive outcome in the long run. Stay safe, lovely!

  3. Thanks for sharing this. Fear is everywhere these days – yes, a fight or flight reaction and, in some people, they are triggered into old fears. The connection with the immune system is right on point. Take care!
